Fasting on Sunday to appease God Sun

Sunday is always dedicated to Lord Surya other called as the sun god . The sun god is the one who is bright and is always available and one can always have a close contact with him and the sun god is also called as the life saver or the life giver . The colour of the day is red and so all the devotees are asked to dress up in red and they must offer red flowers and eat food that is in red . During Sunday devotees are not allowed to take oil or salt or any fried items in their food . The devotees can offer water to the sun god during the day . Few problems like the blood pressure and diabetes can be cured when the devotees fasts on Sunday .
