Fast On Friday To Please Goddess Santoshi

The Goddess Santoshi who is called as the mother of the planet Venus and is also know that Venus is the one which gives the wealth and joy to people . All the devotees desire can be fulfilled only if they are very pure in their heart and devotional towards the Lord. This fasting is mainly done by the women and not the men. The fast carries the colour of white and so the devotees are asked to dress up in white during the sun rise and then they are asked to take only white food that is the rice and channa and they are supposed to offer white flowers on that day and can have only one meal and that will be take in the evening. This fasting can make people to reduce their negative thoughts and they can have peace in their heart.
